WORTH READING NEXT
Three areas of the site give you more depth on the products that matter most — from understanding bet types to reading the live casino table options and getting your account set up correctly.
SportsbookThe sportsbook page breaks down match winner, Asian handicap and over/under bet types across UEFA Champions League, UEFA European Championship, ATP Tour and US Open Tennis fixtures so you can pick the format that fits your read on the match.
Live CasinoFootball Studio deals two cards — Home and Away — and pays out on the higher card, making it one of the fastest live casino rounds available. The live tables page covers this and the baccarat and Dragon Tiger options alongside it.
AccountThe account page walks through the registration form, shows how to link Touch 'n Go eWallet or DuitNow for your first deposit, and explains the identity verification step required before your first withdrawal is processed.
INSIDE THE LOBBY
The 3dmark lobby organises into three clear areas: the sportsbook for live and pre-match markets on football, tennis and more; the live casino floor featuring Football Studio, baccarat and Dragon Tiger streamed with real dealers; and a slot catalogue that…
3dmark brings UEFA Champions League and Premier League live betting, ATP Tour and US Open Tennis markets, Football Studio live tables and a full slot lobby into one account — all priced in RM and accessible from your mobile browser without a download. Access is subject to applicable age and location conditions for Malaysian players.
The information published on 3dmark — game rules, bet type explanations, payment method descriptions and promotional terms — is maintained by the team that operates the platform.
| Game and Rules Documentation | Each game category page documents the specific rules for that format — including Football Studio card mechanics, Omaha Hi-Lo hand rankings and how Asian handicap works in the sportsbook. Rules come from the provider; we present them clearly. |
|---|---|
| Promotional Terms Access | Every offer listed on the Promotions page carries its full eligibility conditions, qualifying period and wagering requirements in the same view. We do not separate the headline from the conditions; both are visible before you opt in. |
| Policy and Terms Documents | The Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions and Responsible Gambling policy are linked in the site footer on every page. These documents govern account use, data handling and self-exclusion options for all registered accounts. |
| Keeping Information Current | When payment rails, game catalogues or support channels change, the relevant pages are updated to reflect the current state. If you notice a discrepancy between a page and your account experience, contact support with the specific page reference. |
All traffic between your browser and the 3dmark platform runs over SSL/TLS encryption. This means your session data, bet history and payment details are unreadable in transit — it applies on mobile browser and desktop equally.
Where OTP verification is enabled on your account, a stolen password alone may not be sufficient to access your account from an unrecognised device. Availability of this second factor depends on your account settings.
Every deposit, withdrawal and bet is logged with a timestamp and reference number visible in your account history. If a discrepancy appears, that transaction record is the starting point for any dispute raised with support.
Personal details and payment information submitted during registration and verification are stored on secured servers with access controls. Your DuitNow proxy ID or Touch 'n Go eWallet details are not exposed to third parties outside the payment processing flow.
WHY ONE ACCOUNT WORKS
Keeping everything in one account means your RM balance moves freely between the sportsbook and the casino floor without extra transfers. Compare the two approaches below and see where the friction actually sits.
| Single RM Balance | One wallet covers live UEFA odds, Football Studio at the live tables and Beast Below in the slot room. No separate top-ups and no waiting for inter-site transfers to clear before the next match kicks off. |
|---|---|
| One Login, All Products | Your account credentials unlock the sportsbook, live casino and slots simultaneously. Switching between a Champions League bet and a baccarat session takes a single tap — no re-authentication needed. |
| Consistent Payment Rails | Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow and FPX work for both deposits and withdrawals across every product category, so the cashout process is the same whether you won on Aviator or on an ATP Tour match. |
| Mobile Browser, No App Store | The full lobby loads in your phone browser — sportsbook odds, live dealer streams and slot catalogues all accessible without downloading an app or waiting for an update to install. |
GAME CATEGORY TRANSPARENCY
Return-to-player figures vary by game type and are only displayed where the provider or game interface publishes them directly.
| Slots | RTP is set by each individual title and its studio — Pragmatic Play and PG Soft display it in the game rules panel. Check the information icon inside the slot before you start. |
|---|---|
| Live Baccarat | Baccarat has a published house edge tied to the bet type: Banker bets carry the lowest house edge, Player bets slightly higher, and Tie bets carry the widest margin. These are standard rules, not 3dmark-specific figures. |
| Football Studio | Football Studio follows the same high-low card structure as Dragon Tiger. The house edge comes from the Tie outcome; Home and Away bets have a straightforward even-payout structure before commission. |
| Fishing Games | Fishing game returns depend on the multiplier attached to each target fish and the ammunition cost per shot. Fish Hunter's payout table is viewable inside the game — always check the cost-per-bullet against the reward before picking a table stake. |
| Sportsbook | Sportsbook odds reflect the market margin built into each line. Comparing match winner odds against handicap odds for the same fixture shows you where the margin sits — live odds shift as match conditions change. |
MOVING AROUND THE LOBBY
After logging in, the main navigation bar divides the lobby into Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots and Promotions. Tap Sportsbook to reach live and upcoming markets — UEFA Champions League and ATP Tour events are listed under their respective tournament tabs.
| Sportsbook Navigation | The sportsbook sorts events by sport, then tournament. UEFA Champions League sits under Football; US Open Tennis and ATP Tour events are under Tennis — select either to see live odds and available bet types side by side. |
|---|---|
| Live Casino Floor | The live casino section displays a live thumbnail for each open table, including seat availability. Football Studio updates in real time — if a table is full, a queue option or an alternative table is shown immediately. |
| Slot Catalogue Filters | Use the studio filter to narrow slots by provider, or the category tag to find fishing games, arcade titles like Aviator, or classic reel slots. Queen of Bounty and Beast Below appear under their respective studio tabs. |
| Account Area | Your account panel shows current balance, pending withdrawals and transaction history in one screen. Withdrawal requests are submitted here and require identity verification before the first cashout is processed. |
LOCAL PAYMENT RAILS
Funding your 3dmark account works through the payment methods Malaysian players already use daily. Touch 'n Go eWallet lets you transfer directly from your TNG balance without entering card details. DuitNow routes your transfer via your registered bank account using your phone number or IC number as the proxy — no account number needed.
FPX connects directly to your online banking portal for a straightforward bank-to-account transfer. All three methods transact in RM, so there's no currency conversion on your end. Withdrawals follow the same rails back to the source account once identity verification is complete.

STUDIO LINEUP AT 3DMARK
Pragmatic Play supplies live baccarat and high-variance slots; PG Soft brings Asian-themed titles and fishing games; Evolution streams dedicated live dealer tables including Football Studio directly to your screen.
Explore 3dmark
Explore live casino, slots and sports, then check the game and account conditions.
MOBILE BROWSER ACCESS
3dmark is built to run in your phone's mobile browser — Safari on iOS and Chrome on Android both load the full lobby including live dealer streams and sportsbook odds. Players in Shah Alam or anywhere else in Malaysia reach the same live UEFA odds and Football Studio tables without installing anything from the App Store or Google Play.
Your Touch 'n Go eWallet or DuitNow app stays on the same phone, so switching between a deposit and a live bet takes under a minute. The interface scales to your screen size automatically, and the mobile keyboard triggers correctly on all account input fields.
HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT
Support at 3dmark covers account queries, deposit issues, withdrawal verification questions and general navigation help. Reach the team through the channels below — for fastest response on time-sensitive matters like a pending deposit, live chat is the direct route.
The live chat widget sits in the bottom corner of every lobby page. Open it directly from your mobile browser or desktop — describe your issue and the support team picks it up without you needing to navigate away from your game.
For account verification documents, formal dispute records or withdrawal queries that need a written trail, email support is the appropriate channel. Include your account reference number and the transaction ID for faster resolution.
The full Help section is accessible from the mobile lobby menu — covering deposit steps, bet type explanations and cashout instructions. It loads without leaving the app and works on both iOS and Android browsers.
UEFA European Championship markets cover a tournament bracket rather than a season, so group stage qualification odds and knockout-round accumulators are available alongside match winner bets — formats you won't find in a standard weekly league fixture.
US Open Tennis uses a five-set format for men's singles, which means set betting and handicap markets carry more swing than a three-set match. Live odds shift noticeably after each set, giving you more entry points during the match.
ATP Tour markets typically include set handicap, total games over/under, and correct score per set. These are separate bet types from match winner — check the specific fixture page for which markets are open on a given tour event.
Champions League knockout ties are played over two legs, so aggregate score betting and draw-no-bet options become available in addition to single-match markets. Odds on the second leg update after the first leg result is confirmed.
Access and eligibility conditions are documented in the Terms and Conditions linked in the site footer. Age requirements, region restrictions and any account-level conditions are stated there — check those before completing your registration.
No download is needed. 3dmark loads in full via your mobile browser — Chrome on Android and Safari on iOS both support the complete lobby including live casino streams and sportsbook odds without requiring any App Store installation.
